Bubble Boba Tea

Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup tapioca pearls
1 stalk vanilla bean
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup ice water

Cook the tapioca pearls for 15-20 minutes.

2. Toss the tapioca pearls and put it into the ice water to stop the pearls from cooking.


3. Cook the brown sugar until bubbly, then soaked the tapioca pearls in the cooked brown sugar.

4. For the drink, cook the milk and the vanilla bean with low heat. Mix well.
5. Let the milk cool.

6. Put the tapioca pearls and brown sugar mixture in the glass. Then pour the vanilla milk.
7. Serve well.
Notes
* The milk needs to be frequently stir to prevent from the milk burnt.
* The milk can be replace with any drink.
