Baked Cheese Rice

Ingredients (1-2 servings)

Olive oil

200g mushroom button, sliced

200g chicken fillet, sliced

1 1/2 cups uncooked rice, rinsed and drained

5 garlic cloves, diced

Quarter of Holland onion, diced

Water to cook rice

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste






  1. In a heated saucepan, melt butter. Add diced onion and diced garlic. Cook till the fragrant rise.
















2. Add chicken. Stir fry it until the surface of the chicken turn white.
















3. Add the mushroom. Cook till the moisture getting rid off.

















4. Add the washed uncooked rice into the pan as well the salt and pepper, Stir well.

















5. Transfer the fried rice into the marzipan.


















6. Spread some mozzarella cheese and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the rice. Baked the rice at 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes or until all the chees melted and golden in color.

















10. Beware of the hotness of the dish. Enjoy to your heart content.




Notes

* Add parsley for presentation to make the dish more pop out

* Enjoy with few drop of Tabasco or any kind of hot sauce for more "kick"

* It's okay to put more cheese to your heart content

* This recipe can be use with macaroni as well but the macaroni should be mix with cream of mushroom soup
