Samosa

Ingredients (2 - 3 servings)

300g potatoes (mashed)

1 tablespoon cooked mashed green peas

1 pack spring roll wraps, (cut into long strips)

Olive oil

Cooking oil

1 egg white

1/2 tablespoon yellow onion

1/2 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon sugar

1 pinch salt





  1. Heat the pan with a bit of olive oil.

  2. Sauté the union until golden brown.















3. Add in the mashed potatoes, mashed green peas, curry powder, chili powder, sugar and salt.

4. Stir it well and set it aside.















5. Put 1 tablespoon of the mashed potatoes mix onto the wrap.

6. Wrap it according the picture provided.















7. Seal the wrapper with an egg white.

















8. Add in the cooking oil until half the pan. Heat it with medium heat.
















9. Deep fry the samosa for 4-7 minutes or until golden brown.

















10. Served well.















Notes

* Best served with any kind of chutney or chili sauce mix with mayonnaise
