Simple Beef Steak

Ingredients (2 servings)
4 tablespoons butter, softened, divided
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (340g)
salt
pepper
Preparations

1. Mix 1 tablespoon butter, parsley, garlic and soy sauce
2. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.

3. In a large non-stick pan, heat remaining butter over medium heat

4. Add steak; cook the meat 4 to 7 minutes each sides (depends on desired doneness)

5. Add 2 teaspoon of butter and chopped minced garlic into the pan.

6. Cook the garlic until slightly brown-golden brown

7. Served well
Notes
* Add parsley for more fragrant smell
* The steak can be served with french fries or mashed potatoes
* Slightly sprinkle soy sauce on the steak each sides for toasty taste
