Japanese Ice Cream Crepe

Ingredients Ingredients (for topping)

1 cup all purpose flour Palmful of blueberries

90 mL milk Whipped cream

90 mL water Maple syrup

1 large egg Icing sugar

1/2 tablespoon oil

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Salt










  1. Mix well egg, sugar, vanilla and salt.

















2. Add 1/4 cup of flour and mix it.

3. Add 1/4 cup of milk and mix well.

4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until the flour and milk runs out.

5. Add 1 cup of water and mix well.














6. Lightly grease the pan with oil.

7. Add 1 ladle of batter into the pan.

8. Rotate the pan to flat out the crepe.


















9. Add the topping to your liking and serve well.
