Korean Ramen

Ingredients (2 servings)

Buldak Spicy Ramen 2 packs

Milk, 1/2 cup

5 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped

Butter, 1 tablespoon

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Cheddar cheese, 1 slice

Water, according to instruction packs x2
















  1. Prepare the noodles according the pack instruction but, cooks the noodle 2 minutes less than what the package instruct. Toss the noodles and leave 8 tablespoon of noodle's water.




















2. While waiting for the noodles to be boil, roughly chopped the garlic.





















3. In the heated saucepan, put in the olive oil.





















4. Sautee the garlic until lightly brown and fragrant.





















5. Add in the ramen sauce and stir it.






















6. Put in 1/2 a cup of milk into the saucepan and a slice of cheddar cheese. Mix it well. Then, add in the parmesan cheese according to your liking and mix it well.


















7. Put in the noodles and stir it well. Cook it on medium heat until the sauce is reduced.




















8. Sprinkle the flakes that comes in the pack. Serve well.



















Notes

* Add the parsley flakes for more fragrant flavor

* For more authentic carbonara-making, mix 2 eggs and 1 yolk with cheddar cheese to your liking

* Beef slices or bacon can be put as well before cooking the garlic

* Mushroom button can be use as well before cooking the garlic
