Fried Noodle

Ingredients (2 - 3 servings)

Gardenia Egg Flour Noodle

4 tablespoon unsalted butter

8 cloves of garlic, sliced

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt






  1. Prepare the noodles according the pack instruction.












2. Heat the frying pan with butter over medium heat. Stir fry the garlic until fragrant and golden brown.












3. Add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook it for 1 minute.













4. Tossed the noodle and add in the noodle into the frying pan. Coat the noodle evenly. Put in some water if the sauce is too thick to your liking.











5. Serve well.












Notes

* Noodle can be used with any types of noodle

* For extra flavor, brown butter is a way to go

* For more garlicky flavor, the garlic can be blended
