Milo Pancake

Ingredients (2-4 servings)

2x 22g Milo sachets

68g all purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon corn oil

118mL milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

Vanilla extract (essence)



Preparations







1. Put sugar and vanilla extract (essence) into a bowl. Whip it until fluffy.













2. Sift the flour to get rid of flour clump.


























3. Mix the flour with the sugar and vanilla mix that have been mix earlier.





















4. Mix the Milo into the mix.

5. Put the milk and the corn oil.

























6. Mix well.

















7. Put some butter or corn oil into the pan.

8. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 2 minutes each side using low heat.














9. Serve well.











Notes

* The milk can be replace with water

* For extra crunchiness, while cooking the pancake, sprinkle the chocolate rice

* Add chocolate chip while mixing the ingredient for gooey and moist texture
