Soft Milo Pudding with Oreo Crumbs

Ingredients (for 2 serving)



Milo

230 mL water

7g gelatin

6 pieces Oreo












Preparations

1. Place gelatin in a bowl of water, soak in water.

2. Pour Milo powder in 230 mL water .














3. Pour Milo and gelatin in the pot and set it to low heat.

4. Stir the mixture until gelatin fully melt.










5. Pour the cooked mixture into the cups.

6. Place the cups into the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.













7. Crush the Oreo in a bowl.

8. Take out the pudding after it set and sprinkle it with Oreo crumbs.














10. Ready to serve


Notes

* Do not let the mixture boil. Use the lowest heat as possible

* The Oreo can be with or without cream

* For more creaminess, add whipped cream on top of it and sprinkle with leftover Oreo crumbs
